We set up the griddle and cook to order in front of your guests. Priced per person. Every link comes with grilled onions & peppers, that's standard, not an extra.
Why it's a little more than the window price: at a drop, you come to us and we're cooking for everybody. At your event we're yours for the day: the drive, the setup, cooking to order in front of your people, serving, and the cleanup. We can't be anywhere else that day. If you'd rather just have the food for less, the trays below work out at $8 a link, cheaper than the window.

Cooked fresh, delivered hot, no setup. Good for offices, meetings and anything where you don't need a griddle in the room.
Drinks come in 32oz pouches. Each one pours two. A good rule is one pouch for every two guests: 50 people is 25 pouches, $125. Already included in The Block Party.
Smallest booking
20 guests for live on-site, that's what makes hauling the griddle out worth the trip. Drop-off trays start at $200. There is no booking fee and no setup fee: you pay per person, that's it.
To lock your date
50% deposit. The rest on the day.
Notice
10 days is ideal. 72 hours is the floor, and only for trays.
Final headcount
72 hours before. That's what we shop and cook to.
Where we go
Las Vegas and Los Angeles only. Free within 25 miles of either. Past that we'll quote the travel.

Vegetarians
We can do a plant-based link on request. Tell us how many on the form and we'll sort it.
Before you book: our signature beef links are served in a natural pork casing, so they are not pork-free. Beef, turkey, onions and peppers all cook on one shared flat-top with the same tools, so cross-contact is certain. We are not a halal or kosher kitchen. If anyone at your event has a serious allergy, tell us on the form and we'll be straight with you about what we can and can't do.
Ballpark only: no booking fee, no setup fee, no service charge. The quote we send is the price you pay. Travel past 25 miles is the one thing we'd add, and we'd tell you before you agree to anything.
