Read section 5 if you read nothing else. Our beef links are in a natural pork casing, and everything comes off one shared flat-top. If you avoid pork, or you have a serious food allergy, that section is for you.
These terms cover eatlinkup.com, eatlinkuplv.com and thelinkupla.com, and any order you place through them, from The Link Up ("we", "us"). Using the sites or placing an order means you accept them.
The Link Up is a pop-up. We're not a restaurant with a fixed address. We set up on announced dates in announced spots across Las Vegas and Los Angeles, we cook a limited amount, and when it's gone it's gone.
Weather, permits, equipment and life happen. Dates, hours and locations on the sites can change at short notice, and sometimes we have to cancel a drop entirely. Instagram is the fastest source of truth. The open/closed sign on the sites follows the same schedule, but a same-day change hits Instagram first.
Our signature beef links are served in a natural pork casing. They are not pork-free. If you avoid pork for religious or personal reasons, the links are not for you. We'd rather tell you plainly than have you find out afterwards.
One grill, everything on it. Beef links, turkey patties, onions and peppers all cook on the same flat-top with the same tools. We are not a halal or kosher kitchen and we don't claim to be.
That means cross-contact is certain, not merely possible. The turkey Smash Up is cooked on a surface beef links have been on. We cannot offer a pork-free, allergen-free, gluten-free or vegetarian preparation, and we won't pretend a separate pan solves it.
Common allergens on site include wheat and gluten (buns), egg and soy (mayonnaise and sauces), milk (cheese) and mustard. Ingredients and suppliers can change without notice.
If you have a serious allergy, ask us before you order and use your own judgement about whether to eat with us. We'll always tell you honestly what's in something. We cannot guarantee any item is free of any allergen.
Program. The Link Up operates a text message programme for order confirmations, payment confirmations, pickup updates and drop announcements. Texts come from (213) 410-1615.
How you join. By giving us your mobile number on our order form, or by ticking "Yes" to texting on the drop list form, you agree to receive text messages from The Link Up at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How often. Message frequency varies. Order-related messages arrive when you place and pay for an order. Drop announcements are a few a month, more in a busy week.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent to or from The Link Up, according to your own plan.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or START to opt back in. You can also just tell us at privacy@eatlinkup.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We can't guarantee any message will arrive.
Your information. How we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy. The Link Up does not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Supported carriers. Most major US carriers. Carrier support can change and is not guaranteed.
Refunds go back the way you paid. Cash App refunds are usually quick, but the timing is Block's, not ours.
Don't attack the sites, scrape them, place fake orders, or try to get into the admin area. We'll block you and, if it's serious, report it.
The Link Up name, the logo, the menu writing, the photos and the site design belong to us. Don't use them to sell things or to suggest we're involved with something we're not. Posting a picture of your food and tagging us is encouraged. That's not what this is about.
We'll always try to make it right. But to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. The sites are provided "as is" and we can't promise they'll never go down.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you live in California or another state, you keep any consumer rights your state gives you that can't be waived by agreement.
We can update these terms; the date at the top will change. The terms in force when you placed your order are the ones that apply to it.
